Canning homemade salsa 🍅🫑🌶️ finally dug into some of my garden tomatoes & peppers in the deep freeze! 🙌 Recipe: -4 gallon bags of tomatoes (mixed variety) -6c total of a combo of onions, peppers, and I did 7 cloves of garlic -Remove skins from tomatoes -Cook down tomatoes a bit, then add peppers/onions/garlic -Add the tops of cilantro (this was less than I’d prefer. I would have added half a full bunch but my grocery store was out) -1 tbsp cumin -2 tbsp salt -Cook until thickened and peppers
