Apple fritter bread 🍎🍁🍂 Recipe: in a bowl combine: 2 apples peeled and chopped finely (I used cosmic crisp) 1/2 cup brown sugar 2 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp ginger Set aside. In a mixing bowl combine: 1 egg 1/3 cup sugar 1/4 cup sour cream 2 tsp vanilla 1/4 cup vegetable oil Mix then add in: 1 cup all purpose flour 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt Mix then add in 3/4ths of the apple mixture and fold it in.
