After 12 weeks and 5 days, the halo finally got to come off. First step towards freedom. I will now wear a cervical collar 24/7 for 2 more months. For those new here, on May 30th, my car hydroplaned and crashed into a telephone pole, and I fractured my neck in 3 places. I was in the ICU for 6 days and had to wear this halo for 3 months to stabilize my c-spine. It’s been a long journey, but I am truly blessed. #halo #removal #myjourney #onedayatatime #blessed
